The avatars come from the globally recognised avatar site http://www.gravatar.com – upload once, many sites will do a pull and display.
Put your twitter name on About Us – and if you want work consulting in social media – put a photo and bio up on “Agency Staff”. We can’t promise you’ll get a job, or be paid, but hey! your “colleagues” are fun!
